If for any reason a nutritionist or personal trainer has stumbled upon my blog, please look away now or grab yourself a sick bucket!
There were 2 major causes of concern relating to my diet before starting Mounjaro;
The disgusting volume of calories consumed every day.
The financial burden of buying all that junk.
I'm kinda hoping that Mounjaro, despite its significant cost, works out economical from a financial perspective. With a bag of Maltesers being £3.25 or a box of Ferrero rocher being £8 in my local co-op, its costing an absolute fortune to be this fat.

A days worth of food
Unfortunately, I never made a daily journal as to what I actually ate on a daily basis, my head was well and truly buried in the sand and battling the aforementioned depression. But I would regularly eat something like the following on a daily basis.
Breakfast.
Ive always skipped breakfast.
Dinner - 12 noon. I'm northern!
Typically I'd visit somewhere like the Bagel Deli in Ormskirk for lunch. The fresh homemade food in there is incredible. But during this period of excess, moderation and self-control wasn't something that crossed my mind. So lunch would look like;
Steak and ale pie
Minted lamb pie
Cornflake cake
Can of full fat coke.
Tea
Usually back to the co-op or m&s for;
Mac n cheese, Lasagne or Pizza or something equally unhealthy.
1l milkshake
Share bag of chocolate
Large bag jellies (haribo, wine gums etc)
Snack to eat whilst walking home.
Its probably worth mentioning that despite my poor physique and diet, it hasn't always been this bad.
This is just the point we got to in recent months...... I did warn you in the first blog that I was at rock bottom and this is what it looked like. I'd gone full Bruce Bogtrotter!
Using a conservative estimate, I'd say I was consuming anywhere between 3000 to 5000 calories every day.
There's no other way to describe it, than fucking disgusting!!
